Based on the result, there are some alternative solutions need to be done (1) the industrial internship program need to involve the partner institution, (2) the assessment guide need to be socialized clearly to the partner institution. Sedangkan Sasaran Program Kerja Bidang Ketatausahaan meliputi: Adminstrasi Kesiswaan. Whereas, there were also several weakness and deficiency, those were (1) no involvement from partner institution in designing process, (2) the assessment process still considered subjectives. The study result showed that the management of industrial internship program at Fishery Public High School of Bone was run effectively. Those data were then analyzed descriptively. The data and information were collected by using questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. Data and information was obtained from various sources, those were headmaster, deputy head master of public relation, guide teachers, and students of Fishery Public High School of Bone, and other data sources, such as instructor at partner institusion.
The objectives of the study were to discover the description of designing, organizing, implementation, and controlling of industrial internship program at Fisher Public High School of Bone, and on how the industrial internship program management at Fishery Public High School of Bone runs effectively. The efforts to prepare workers who have high quality in vocational high school, such as Fishery Public High School of Bone, is conducted as a learning process in school and industry, which is known by Dual System Education. The challenge competition of employment in the globalization era becomes more difficult, therefore the development of human resources through education cannot be postponed.
